6.  Hire an attorney. If you are turned down by one keep trying until you find one.  If you cannot find an attorney willing to take the case them do it yourself.

7.  Publicize the story in any and all manner possible.  The important thing is to get the story out and prevent the murderer from repeating his act. 

8.  Since Kaiser doesn't care how far reaching their evil acts go out into the world, expect numerous family members to suffer in many different ways. Realize that this problem is not going to go away and therapy, while a nice thing to try is not going to ever make terrible memories go away. 

9.  Show motive.  Why was this done?  Was there financial gain?  Was it hidden corporate policy?

10.  Accept the fact that you are going to have to do the foot work here because law enforcement generally does not have the resources to release for non-violent murders.  Unless you seeking their assistance for a very high profile persons murder you are going to have to do most all of the work.
