Two week old photograph - one of several taken at Kaiser Permanente,
Morse Avenue Facility in Sacramento, California. 13 years ago this
was reported to Cal OSHA. In 1991 Kaiser Permanente distributed a
memo warning employees of the danger of this asbestos. The memo indicates
that the asbestos is throughout the building. The employees were
instructed to not hang pictures on the walls because of the danger of having
the asbestos fly out into the atmosphere among many other things.
This memo was also part of a employment law suit and is consequently a
legal document..
